Custom orders are possible within a limited range of options; please refer to the 'color' menu tab to see the range of color options. If you're looking for something else, please let us know what you need and we will do our best to make it! A small processing charge may be necessary on custom orders, and a shipping delay is likely.
You are welcome to pay by a major credit card through your PayPal account using Paypal checkout services (follow menu link on Products Page). Unfortunately, we cannot accept personal checks, wire transfers or escrow services. All postage costs are non-refundable.
Each MotoPouch ships within the continental US for $4.85 by USPS Priority (2-3 day) - typically packed in 10x15 bubble envelope. Each pair of TourLiner bags ships for $9.85 by USPS Priority within the US - typically packed in a priority shipping box.
An email notification including relevant tracking information will be sent out when the package is shipped, usually within 48 hours of confirmation of payment.
Standard shipping internationally is done by USPS First Class mail; a MotoPouch alone is $4.80 flat rate and TourLiner pairs ship internationally for an $18.85 flat rate. Please note - on international orders for all TourLiner bags, you must individually select the 'add to cart' $9 IN ADDITION TO the TourLiner of your choice.
Note, no guarantee of delivery can be made non-US orders once package is delivered to the Post Office.
You may choose Priority International shipping for quicker service and the added security of tracking. The cost for a MotoPouch alone is $12.95 and for a pair of TourLiner's $31.35. Buyer is responsible for payment of any applicable customs import duty or taxes. Please email us for questions on rates (shipping time can take from 6-24 days).
MotoPouch products are warranted to withstand moderate wear under normal use for 6 months from date of purchase (with regard to seam, zipper and mounting point integrity). Repair or replacement will be determined solely at manufacturer’s discretion. Damaged caused to any part of the motorcycle/helmet as a result of installation, use or misuse of a MotoPouch product is not warranted under any circumstances. Damage caused to any item placed in a MotoPouch product by end-user is not warranted under any circumstances. Installation and/or use of a MotoPouch product is at the buyer’s own risk. Purchase is considered acceptance of this limited warranty.
